After two months of intense work, a study conducted at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Bern, Switzerland, demonstrated that the technology of The Copper Company—a Chilean company that develops textiles through the creation of technical copper yarns—displays antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2, achieving an 84.6% reduction after 5 minutes of exposure and a 95% reduction after 2 hours of exposure.
